Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation: Ensures satisfactory performance of the following: - Carries out daily work order assignments relative to apartment/facility/building repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building construction. - Performs required preventive maintenance duties for building mechanical systems. - Responds to emergency repair needs and lockouts, in twenty-four (24) hour monthly on-call rotation. - Maintains mechanical/plumbing and minor electrical equipment. Performs repairs when necessary. - Performs special projects as assigned. - Ability to work across multiple locations, variable system types in occupied rental units. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Must be available to work an on-call rotation - Perform other work as assigned. - Complete additional training provided as required.
