Outbound Operations Specialist

Job description

We’re looking for an Outbound Operations Specialist to support the build of a consistent, scalable, and high-performing outbound engine across Enterprise UKI and EU. You’ll be working closely with Sales and Marketing to execute and optimise outbound campaigns, ensuring strong adoption, performance, and alignment with signal-led targeting. This is a hybrid role and is open to applicants located within commuting distance of Hootsuite's London office. In this role, you will report to the Outbound Strategy Director. Please note that the role may include 10% of travel to events; other Hootsuite offices, etc. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Build, launch, and maintain outbound cadences in Gong Engage, ensuring campaigns are live, accurate, and adopted across teams - Execute targeted outbound campaigns across key accounts, including hands-on outreach to validate messaging and improve performance - Support the implementation of signal-based targeting and messaging into scalable outbound plays and campaigns - Work with outbound tools and workflows (Gong Engage, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Cognism), ensuring data accuracy and usage consistency, and optimisation - Assist in mapping stakeholders and buying...
