About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical maintenance leader to join our Huntly Mine Fixed Plant department as an E&I Supervisor on a 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 7 days off, 12 hour shift roster. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for: Developing effective Electrical work plans using a standardised planning process CMMS. Providing Electrical trade crew leadership by managing both planned and unplanned work groups. Crew safety, work performance and people development of the Electrical teams, ensuring they are properly trained and aligned to the mines business goals.
