Position Summary The Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary (DGC) is a member of the Company's management team, responsible for leading the company’s corporate transactions and corporate governance functions in close partnership with the Chief Legal & Human Resources Officer (CLHRO). This high-impact position serves as Assistant Corporate Secretary to Pep Boys and its subsidiaries, ensures strong corporate governance and compliance frameworks, and provides strategic legal counsel to the CLHRO, CEO and ELT. Working in close coordination with the CLHRO and other members of the management team, the DGC aligns legal strategy with business objectives, protects enterprise value, and enables sustainable growth through disciplined, business-focused legal leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Collaboration - Serves as a key legal and strategic advisor to the CLHRO and management.
