LPN On Campus Nursing Salary ranges from $20 to $22 per hour based on education and experience. Job title: Licensed Practical Nurse Company: Springbrook Schools ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.) - Provide nursing care and treatment to individuals as prescribed by licensed providers and as directed by the supervising RN. This may include mealtime assistance, and personal care. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders, OPWDD guidelines, and agency policy. - Observe, record, and report changes in individuals' physical or mental health status to the RN or provider promptly. - Assist in the implementation of each individual's Plan of Nursing Services (PONS) and contribute to updates through observation and documentation. - Maintain accurate, timely, and complete health and medication records in compliance with OPWDD and agency standards. - Participate in the prevention, identification, and management of illness or injury. - Work collaboratively with the RN's, clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. - Communicate effectively with residential and school/ day pr...
