Currently we have an opening within our CHARLOTTE , NC manufacturing facility for an Operations Manager . The Operations Manager is responsible for managing direct and indirect subordinates in the facility and must carry management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems. The Operations Manager has overall P&L responsibility for the branch location.
