Role Summary The Advice Growth, Senior Manager is a critical member of the Advice & Client Product Marketing team that will support the execution of the Individual Investors (II) Advice Strategy. We’re seeking a dynamic professional who can lead the marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution of our advice offers. This role will also support the development of key business requirements for strategic initiatives and identify engagement tactics that drive greater client adoption of key services and offers. Responsibilities: - Own advice offer development, synthesizing market, client, and performance insights into clear recommendations; develops robust business cases for high-conviction offer components. - Support go-to-market strategy execution for advice offers by partnering with segment marketers, sales, client experience teams to ensure differentiated positioning. - Conduct and interpret wealth management market and competitive assessments, developing insights and recommendations around growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and overall competitive positioning. - Monitor the health of the advice offer suite, identifying enhancement opportunities based on adoptio...
