Title of Position: Busser Reports to: Manager on Duty: Overall Responsibility: Purple Cow bussers are responsible for ensuring a clean environment for guests and team members. Responsible for bussing tables, maintaining floor cleanliness throughout the dining room, ensure clean and sanitary restrooms throughout the shift and support the service team members in helping to provide “Outrageous” guest service. Purple Cow busser should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Maintaining a clean station - Overall cleaning of dining room and restrooms - Cleaning tables - Trash removal - Assist the dish staff - Organizing clean dishes Qualifications: - Bus staff - Soda Jerk - Servers - Dish staff - Kitchen staff - Management - Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills. - Ability to stay focused on tasks - Ability to work with others - Ability to stand for extended periods of time - Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
