Summary: The Assembly Lead will manage a team of 5-7 employees in the assembly department, focusing on training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of assembly tasks. This role is accountable for maintaining accurate timekeeping records, monitoring team performance, and upholding safety, quality, and delivery standards. Reporting directly to the Assembly Area Supervisor, the Assembly Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional department leaders to meet critical project deadlines and drive operational success. Accountabilities: Communicate and collaborate with other leads and managers to achieve quality, safety, and delivery goals. Ensure all team members comply with all safety protocols. Review timesheets and team time management. Clocking into jobs and in and out of new jobs, assisting with providing direction on the app as needed Manage the workload of the team to align with the production deadlines.
