This role serves as the primary point of contact for workplace injury reporting, claims management, and return-to-work coordination, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local workers' compensation laws and regulations. The analyst collaborates closely with injured employees, supervisors, insurance carriers, medical providers, and legal counsel to facilitate timely and accurate claim filings, monitor claim progress, and minimize costs while prioritizing employee well-being.
