Role Overview: The Tax Director within our Mergers & Acquisitions team will lead strategic tax advisory services for private equity firms, corporate clients, and their portfolio companies. This role focuses on tax structuring, due diligence, and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to client service. Note: Open to candidates nationwide. Those within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.
