Job description

We are seeking a highly technical, visionary Lead Salesforce Developer/Revenue Operations Engineer to be the first dedicated programmatic expert on our Sales Operations team. You will be the driving force behind transforming our Sales Cloud instance from a standard CRM into a highly customized, AI-powered platform. Rather than purchasing additional Salesforce clouds (Service, Revenue/CPQ), you will architect and build native, lightweight versions of these functionalities tailored specifically to our business. Furthermore, you will completely overhaul the user experience to pull our teams out of spreadsheets and into intuitive, high-speed Salesforce interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Custom Product Architecture: Architect and build scalable, custom-built quoting, pricing, and ticketing solutions natively within Sales Cloud, minimizing technical debt while maximizing functionality.
