Do you want to combine technical expertise with commercial responsibility and close customer interaction? Are you motivated by creating value for customers through service, uptime, and long-term solutions? Then this role might be the right next step for you. As a Technical Sales Engineer – Service Solutions, you will play a key role in developing and growing our aftermarket business across Europe. Your focus will be on delivering targeted service solutions that help our customers improve uptime, efficiency, safety, and the lifetime of their equipment. Your responsibilities: Plan and execute customer visits across Europe, aligned with customer strategies and our installed base, with a focus on supporting, promoting, and expanding our service and aftermarket solutions. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through continuous dialogue – both in person and virtually - Sell and promote our complete Service Solutions portfolio, including service, spare parts, remote support, training, and preventive maintenance - Act as a technical and commercial advisor, supporting customers in extending the lifetime of their equipment and reducing unplanned downtime - Prepare quotations...
