What You’ll Do: Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs Work alongside experienced technicians to build technical skills Document service work and communicate findings clearly Service accounts across the Denver metro area What We’re Looking For: 1–2+ years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred, open to strong residential techs) Exposure to RTUs, split systems, and basic HVAC troubleshooting Strong work ethic, reliability, and coachable mindset Valid driver’s license with clean MVR Ability to pas...
