About the Role: As a Program Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our Before & After School Enrichment and Camp programs for kids in grades K–5. This is a year-round leadership role where no two days look the same—one minute you’re coaching staff, the next you’re helping plan an epic camp activity or connecting with families. You’ll lead an energetic team, ensure high-quality programming, and help create experiences that build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and joy in every child we serve.
