Starting Salary: $56,630 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY: To support the employees and business needs of the Pride Nevada facility by leading recruitment and hiring efforts, contributing to employee development, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience while aligning HR activities with overall business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: •Skillfully acquire talent for assigned positions by developing and executing robust community outreach strategies •Perform talent acquisition duties utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (UKGPro) to review resumes/applications against specific selection criteria, properly disposition candidates, conduct telephone pre-screens of qualified candidates, schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, extend employment offers, process pre-employment checks, and adhere to all applicable legal requirements •Collaborate with managers to gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of their departments and the specific hiring needs for each role •Strategically plan and represent the company at career fairs to attract qualified candidates •Facilitate New Hire Orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience •...
