No: What You’ll Do: As the Training Expert - P-8A Naval Flight Officer (NFO) Flight Instructor , you will provide support in the development and delivery of P-8A training services. This position will be based in our Jacksonville, FL office. Key Responsibilities: This description outlines the general nature and scope of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. - Analyze and identify potential training requirements that are not being addressed by the P-8A program and offer recommendations and solutions to solve potential gaps. - Research technical and procedural information related to MPRA-related missions, testing, and training. - Coordinate Navy direct support for courseware and scenario reviews and training device integration, acceptance, and operator instruction. - Instruct MPRA classroom lectures, training device, and simulator sessions for P-8A aircrew. - Assist MPRWS with Fleet Introduction Training of new capabilities or updates. - Research and analyze intelligence sources for courseware development and fleet integration. - Participate in developing enabling obj...
