Job Summary: We are searching for a grounded business strategist and effective leader to elevate our overall business performance while driving a culture of change to achieve our visions of the future. The role is as a proactive member of the Senior Management team of the Motion platform to create, deliver and manage strategies in achieving operational excellence spanning the platform to achieve the ambitious targets of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery while driving continuous improvement activities across all manufacturing related areas of the business.
