Job Family: Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required: Up to 75%+ Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: We are seeking experienced pharmacy professionals to help strengthen and expand our Pharmacy Practice. Ideal candidates bring experience in one or more of the following areas: 340B optimization, specialty pharmacy, PBM strategy and design, outpatient infusion, drug expense management, pharmacy enterprise development, and service line integration. In this Consultant role, you will partner closely with clients to deliver measurable results—leveraging your pharmacy expertise, process improvement capabilities, and business development skills. Specific Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy revenue cycle performance (e.g., pricing strategies, 340B program implementation, Medicaid carve-outs, and CDM review). Lead the design and optimization of specialty and retail pharmacy strategies, including PBM models that improve capture and manage health plan costs.
