Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support The Pass, a meal manufacturing and distribution facility in Union City, CA . This role is responsible for leading all in-unit HR functions for a diverse, unionized workforce of approximately 85 employees. You will oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance while serving as a key liaison between frontline employees and management. A strong background in union environments is required, including experience with collective bargaining agreements and labor relations. The position plays a critical role in fostering a high-performance, employee-focused culture in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with site leadership to ensure adherence to company policies, CBAs, and California labor laws. Spanish proficiency is required to effectively support and engage a diverse workforce.
