Apply now!: JOB OPENING: We kindly ask you to provide your resume in English. - Title: ACS Front Desk Services - Location: Vicenza, Italy - Start Date: 15 June - Job Type: Full-Time JOB DESCRIPTION: - You shall provide all the ACS front desk services. - You shall provide services to walk-in and telephonic customers to determine their requirements, and will direct the customer to the appropriate ACS office or installation agency. - You shall maintain the Client Tracking System (CTS) Input simple contacts (i.e., customer uses fax machine or using ACS phone to make a call, etc. Customer contact duration is less than 15 min.) in the Client Tracking System (CTS) on a daily basis. Comprised of customer name, rank, date of birth, unit phone, and information. - Archive electronically monthly. - You shall maintain the calendar and classroom reservations. - You shall maintain daily customer sign-in sheets and a monthly sign-in sheet archive.
