ABOUT YOU: We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as a QRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours contract to cover the London area. Required skills and experience: - Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable - Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team - Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous - Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous - Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment - Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential - Full UK Driving licence and own car ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: As a QRS/Retail Auditor, you will be part of Intertek SAI Global's business and will be travelling to client sites to conduct the audit for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contra...
