Description POSITION IS CONTINGENT BASED ON CONTRACT AWARD: Job Summary: Compass Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics & Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Naval Special Warfare (NSW) unmanned systems (UxS) programs. This role provides comprehensive logistics support, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, transportation, and sustainment planning to ensure operational readiness of UxS platforms. The SME will support lifecycle sustainment of UxS systems, coordinate logistics operations, and ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Navy, and USSOCOM policies. This position works closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient support of training and operational requirements.
