What you will be doing: - Design and document technical solutions that meet business, operational, and security requirements for insurance platforms and applications. - Translate business and regulatory requirements into solution designs, integration patterns, and technical standards. - Review and approve architecture designs produced by team members. - Responsible for day-to-day development activities, managing sprint commitments, and mentoring developers while meeting or exceeding delivery and quality requirements. - Lead and guide development teams and provide hands-on support during solution implementation, including design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Support Senior Solutions Architects with the implementation of architecture patterns and frameworks for company systems; regularly collaborate with peers across tracks on design. - Participate in release process and releas...
