As an Operations & Performance Senior Associate, you'll assist clients with developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives for the Operations & Performance Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you'll be empowered by the greater Growth Advisory team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently. Your day-to-day may include: - Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within the realms of operational efficiency programs, digital operations management solutions, product and operations modernization programs incorporating business opportunity assessment, solution strategy, design, program management, implementation of enabling technologies, and organizational change - Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and become a trusted business advisor - Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully acc...
