Position: Foster Care Team Lead Join Our Mission to Empower and Transform Lives As the Foster Care Team Lead, you would be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the case management staff who are responsible for all aspects of service delivery for clients placed in their caseload. This position directs the work of others to ensure job performance follows Omni policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, federal, local and state regulations. Participates in team activities in accordance with the Omni mission and values.
