We are searching for a driven, tech-savvy, and operationally strong District Manager to lead multiple ready-mix plants and dispatch operations within a defined region. This is not just a management position — it’s a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning people, performance, maintenance, customer relationships, and technology to drive excellence at every level. You will serve as the crucial link between our operational strategy and field execution — leading plant managers, dispatch teams, maintenance efforts, and customer partnerships — while directly influencing safety, profitability, and service across your district. Ready-mix concrete experience is preferred. However, candidates with strong construction or project management backgrounds will be considered if they demonstrate the leadership character, operational mindset, and cultural alignment that define SRM leaders.
