Job description

The Grant Contract Manager plays a vital role in supporting department supervisors and Executive Directors by shaping and managing grant contracts, overseeing month-end close activities, and assisting with billing to ensure compliance with grant requirements. This position serves as the key liaison between the YMCA, school districts, and funding agencies. Responsibilities include financial reporting, contract administration, audit coordination, and providing critical accounting support to promote program success. SALARY RANGE: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00/year: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Grant and Contract Management - Partner with Executive Directors to develop and maintain Memorandums of Understanding.
