Customer Service Software Engineer

Job description

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of upgrade projects within the software engineering area, namely through the development and improvement of implemented technical solutions, in accordance with management guidelines and contractual requirements, while ensuring their integrity and consistency. Your role in our team: '• Ensure the development and parametrization of the software and technical solutions for the project and be commited to execute these tasks on the pre-defined schedule. - Provide commercial support and ensure alignment between the needs identified by the customer from the point of view of the technical requirements and the solution defined by the Company. - Support Technical Manager, or the Project Manager when necessary, in the execution of the project planning and provide technical inputs related to timings of execution of the different phases of the project. - Contribute to the alignment between the Company's delivery capacity and the defined planning. - In coordination with the Technical Manager perform and record all funcional tests in office, in order to ensure the operation and proper functioning of the complete...
