Job description

We are looking for a caring and energetic member to join Child Serve as a Childcare Teacher Assistant . This individual will contribute to a positive, nurturing environment that is safe, clean and organized for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years old. Childcare Teachers at Child Serve encourage children’s overall development through appropriate play-based activities and working collaboratively with families. Schedule and Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $13.50/hour. Flexible hours during hours of operation. Our center is open Monday-Friday between 6:30 AM and 6 PM. Full-Time opportunities also available. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Provide routine care for infants and children, including diapering/personal cares, hygiene support, hand washing, and serving meals and snacks. - Maintain a safe environment through constant supervision, adherence to staff/child ratios, accurate name-to-face attendance, and consistent assessment of children’s general health with timely reporting of concerns. - Support a clean, organized, and structured environment—indoors and outdoors—by following Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) strategies. - Deliver ex...
