BCBST is hiring an Insurance Sales Advisor (Consumer Center)! We’re looking for a customer‑focused advisor who can resolve member needs on the first contact, confidently guide consumers through plan decisions, and build trust in the community—while also driving enrollment and sales across a portfolio of health and supplemental products. In this role you’ll deliver first‑contact resolution for member service inquiries—explaining benefits, researching and clarifying claims, supporting plan selection, helping members use tools and resources, and assisting with premium payments and community resources. You’ll proactively educate consumers on Marketplace options by leading informational sessions and supporting one‑on‑one enrollment through Healthcare.gov. You’ll also sell health, dental, and vision plans. Success in this role means members leave with clear answers and the right next steps, issues are resolved efficiently, enrollments are completed accurately, and product recommendations translate into meaningful coverage decisions.
