Areas of responsibilities: - Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing ; - Contribute to conversion to better performing offers ; - Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency ; Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships ; - Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency ; Job requirements: - University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc); - English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written); - 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service; - Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills; - Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage; - Continuous improvement mindset; - Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization; - Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability; - Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks; - Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market; As a member of our team, you will benefit from: - 25 days of annual leave; -...
