The selected candidate will be placed on a performance-based incentive plan to provide commission in addition to the hourly pay rate. Leadership development opportunities are also available! POSITION SUMMARY: The Reservations Internship is a 12-week paid program that provides a unique opportunity to develop and refine sales skills, all while growing within the luxury hospitality industry through hands-on sales and service experience. This role gives upperclassmen interested in hospitality a chance to contribute to a team of reservation specialists by assisting guests as they plan their visit and promoting Nemacolin's various offerings. The individual in this position answers guest inquiries regarding various resort amenities, maintains knowledge of resort events and hours of operation, and coordinates guest activities with other departments to ensure an optimal experience. Additional responsibilities may be provided to support the team while growing a wide range of transferable skills.
