KYC Services Specialist, Escrow & Settlements Service Line: Global Capital Markets Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands Role type: Permanent / 1 year contract, 40 hours per week Hybrid CSC Escrow & Settlements provides escrow and settlement services for transactions including M&A, real estate, and litigation. As a KYC Services Specialist, Escrow & Settlements, you will coordinate client onboarding and periodic reviews for escrow deals, partnering closely with clients and their (legal) advisors. You will collect and assess KYC/AML documentation, analyse ownership structures (including UBO), complete screenings (PEP/sanctions), and ensure approvals are in place prior to closing. This role is well-suited to someone who combines strong stakeholder management with a detail-focused, compliance-minded approach in a fast-paced transactional environment in Amsterdam.
