Job Description Summary The Aeroderivative Services Engineering LMS100 Package Lead is responsible for leading engineering support activities for the LMS100 package across the aeroderivative installed base. This role is accountable for driving improvements in fleet performance, reliability, availability, and maintainability, while serving as the primary technical support focal point for package and balance-of-plant (BOP) related issues. In this role, you will build strong cross-functional partnerships across engineering, operations, project management, commercial, sales, field service, sourcing, and quality to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver business results. The ideal candidate brings deep aeroderivative product expertise, a proven ability to lead through influence, and the sound judgment needed to balance technical, operational, and business priorities effectively.
