Job Summary: This is position is a cross-functional role within compensation and aspects of HR Compliance and acts as the compensation administrator for the Company. This position would administer the Company’s Compensation programs and policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Provides support to the Human Resources Department in the following areas: - Compensation - Administers and acts as the project manager for the Company’s Salary, Bonus and Merit Cycles and partners with HR cross functional team members to execute under the guidance of Director, Human Resources. - Administrator of compensation systems working with vendors to direct and review updates within the system. - Participa...
