SHIFT: First Shift TITLE: QC Technician B: POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for checking for safely produced goods and reaching the customer’s specifications and quality. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED. - 3 years related work experience, preferably in plastic manufacturing industry. - Experience in ISO preferred. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Performs routine operations required to operate and adjust machines to produce quality material. - Work from specific team leader/supervisor instructions, standard operating procedures and precise product specification sheets in the routine operation and adjustment of multiple machines running multiple products. - Perform set ups and changeovers based upon prescribed procedures and production demand. - Use ruler, retractable knives, hook knifes, and various hand tools. - Operate pallet jack and forklift as assigned (once qualified). - Perform quality tests on done on finished product to ensure qu...
