Job Summary: The MoHOP Project Nurse Practitioner will support our DFM mission to ensure access to high-quality, patient-centered, equitable health care for Los Angeles County residents, with a special focus on the medically under-resourced and uninsured racial/ethnic minority populations residing in South Los Angeles’ SPA 6, Skid Row and other regions of Los Angeles County.
