Job Summary: Responsible for developing and teaching programs for the education of youth and/or adults in various Parks and Recreation programming, including but not limited to beginner sports, dance classes, homeschool physical education, cheerleading, tumbling, education and socializing activities for members of the community with special needs. Job Duties: - Assists MPRD staff in creation of lesson plans and/or curriculums. - Works alone (or with an Instructor I) to facilitate the necessary programming. - Notifies, instructs, and corrects participant behavior that is inconsistent with program rules in a fair, timely, and polite manner.
