About the role: As Product Counsel for the Claude Platform, you will be the dedicated legal partner for Anthropic's Developer Platform and API, the Model Context Protocol and developer ecosystem, the Agent API and Managed Agents, third-party cloud distribution (such as Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex), tiered-access and trust-and-safety programs, identity verification, and Skills marketplace licensing. You will tackle novel legal questions at the intersection of developer tooling, enterprise readiness, and cloud-partner distribution, and help establish the terms, policies, and frameworks that let developers build safely on Claude.
