Work Flexibility: Hybrid The Finance Manager is responsible for owning the day-to-day aspects of financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and budgeting for dedicated areas of responsibility. This position has high visibility & growth opportunity, supporting Peripheral Vascular’s global R&D functions (including R&D Engineering, PMO, Clinical, Quality, & Regulatory). This role will also serve as a strategic partner and modelling lead to support PMO in establishing/refining the process for project assessment, approval, and tracking. The Finance Manager will be responsible for building cross-functional relationships and serving as the primary business partner for executive leadership. They will also lead and mentor direct report, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performance culture. What You Will Do: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for global research and development functions, meeting division financial targets and timelines.
