YOU: As the Senior Training Specialist, you will oversee the broader training strategy, manage complex projects, mentor others, and may be involved in higher-level strategic planning. You will provide external and internal training throughout the Gallatin, TN branch. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of training for new hire associates and current hourly employees.
