DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment. Success in this role requires the ability to engage in all facets of running an F&B operation from inspiring front-line employees to deliver exceptional customer service to managing vendors to achieve margins, to pricing and packaging optimization to drive top-line growth, to developing a multi-year plan including off-season revenue generation, and more.
