The role is based in Poland and follows a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days working from home. The delivery team is primarily located in Noida, India, making strong communication, facilitation, and cross-cultural collaboration essential for success. This is a hybrid role combining Scrum Master responsibilities with broader team coordination and leadership support. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of Agile principles, strong facilitation skills, and a genuine motivation to help individuals and teams grow. A key focus of the role is to help the team become more self-sufficient, collaborative, and confident in the way they work. The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Lead / Product Owner in India and with the team manager to support team effectiveness, communication, follow-up, and operational rhythm.
