What Your Day Will Look Like: As the TPD Area Principal you'll be a leader in program and project delivery while providing technical solutions to some of our client’s biggest infrastructure challenges. You will plan and direct the project lifecycle from proposal phase, through project execution and delivery are adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds corporate project excellence and delivery standards. Provide strategy and leadership to develop new clients and services while strengthening our existing clients and services across the region. What You'll Do: - Lead and manage the delivery of transportation programs and projects, overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle. • Oversee the preparation of scope, schedule, and budgets for projects. • Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. • Interface with clients and be a principal in BD efforts and lead pursuits to win projects, coordinating closely with other local leaders. • Ensure that production of specifications, reports and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost a...
