- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations. - Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Reserve Coffee Shop. - Replenish items and assist in serving grab and go items. - Handle/Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction. - Assist with inventories as scheduled. - Prepare coffee and tea beverages for customers. - Cash handling and accurately record customer order information. - Grinding and brewing coffee - Regularly performing stock checks in the coffee bar and placing new orders - Being aware of and following operational policies and procedures - Being punctual and maintaining regular and consistent attendance - Contributing to a positive work environment Responsibilities: Responsible for the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of Starbucks.
