Position Summary: This position entails leading both direct and collaborative teams through the Aetna Product development and implementation lifecycle. The individual chosen for this role will be expected to develop and manage detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy in collaboration with enterprise-wide cross-functional business partners. They will also work to increase and retain membership of Aetna Medicare Supplement and Ancillary Health / Life insurance products.
