Job description

The Grand Bargain (GB), launched during the WHS in Istanbul in May 2016, is a unique agreement between some of the largest donors and humanitarian organisations who have committed to get more means into the hands of people in need and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the humanitarian action. The GB is a unique forum bringing together donors and aid organisations to drive progress on a common vision of maximising the impact of humanitarian work. The process is supported by a Secretariat, responsible for overall coordination and communication in the process, and for providing specific support to the governance bodies, namely the Grand Bargain Ambassadors and the Facilitation Group. The Grand Bargain Secretariat requires an intern to support the team in during the final phase of the GB framework for 2024-2026, and the GB platform as formalised in 2016.
