Metrology Supervisor

Job description

Join our Operations team as a Metrology Supervisor, where you will deliver the execution of the calibration strategy. This includes the development, implementation, review, and/or approval of calibration procedures, policies, work instructions, forms, instrument classifications and specifications in compliance with vendor information, process/equipment requirements, company procedures, relevant industry guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Metrology Supervisor, you will play a meaningful role in asset & equipment management and people management. You will assist in the qualification of the computerized calibration management system and ensure the system is maintained through change control in a qualified state. You will also ensure that instrumentation is appropriate for the intended use and remains in a calibrated state during GMP use. In addition to this, you will maintain ethical conduct and compliance, optimizing performance outcomes of your team and ensuring individuals understand the contribution they make.
