Salary Statement Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description: - Delivering training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs - Providing instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics - Conducting hands-on training and assessments - Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology - Coordinating with the academics officer and curriculum review boards to keep training synchronized with MAGTF-level C2 doctrine - Delivering classroom and hands-on training on the use of collaborative tools to support battle rhythm events, information sharing, and decision-making in the COC - Teaching students how to configure, operate, and troubleshoot chat rooms, shared portals, and collaboration suites - Demonstrating how collaborative tools support situational awareness and COP integration across the MAGTF - Assessing student performance through written eval...
